1936 Ford License Plate Bracket

I would like to put the front license plate bracket on my '36 but I can't seem to find any place to attach the original type bracket.
Anyone know where it belongs?
There are two holes at the bottom of the bracket but no matching holes anywhere on nither the bumper nor bumper bracket nor the fender.

If my memory is correct, I believe mine was attached to the bumper bracket.

Supposed to be two holes in the right outer bumper iron.

Front License Plate Mount - 1935-1936 Fords.
This Bumper Iron is from a 1935 model.
The 1936 Bumper Irons have a slight curve.
Mounting Holes are still in the same position.
