These are available in Australia. I am sure they would ship to USA.
Also you can just buy individual sections as required.

1935, 1936, 1937, 1938, 1939, 1940 FORD SILLS (SET OF 4) / ROCKER PANELS The sills/rockers panels come in 4 sections. The front section’s, L & R, start at the lower cowl area and continue under the “A” pillar and finish at the “B” pillar. The rear section’s, L & R, start at the “B” pillar and continue through to the start of the rear inner wheel arch or the “C” pillar/dog-leg panel. Replacement sills for all early fords.
