I have a 1935 Ford pickup with the "clear vision ventalation" style or no-vent windows. My windows slide back about 1/4" plus before going down. They are getiing fussier to roll down/up. Any tricks for adjustment, links to a video?
Either the window glass is binding due to worn fuzzy channels or the regulator itself is binding due to lack of lube or wear. Maybe a combination of both.
Not familiar with 35 pickup, but if like other vehicles there should be a little bit of fore/aft adjustment available where the regulator mounts to door. Door has slotted holes. Adjusting there may help if problem is just binding in the up/down run channels.
Update, all my window chanels & fuzzy's are new, previous owner. Lubed up all moving parts, tightened up all mounting machine screws. Works awesome now. Thanks for the advice
