1935 ford pickup filler panel

How does the filler panel attach to lower front bed and upper rear running board on a 35 ford pickup ? Also where can I find a pair ?

I think it is screwed onto the bottom lip of the bed. Howells, as well as others, have these reproduction panels for sale.

There is also a single screw that is used to attach the panel -- almost right in the middle of the panel. There is a bracket that comes from the bottom of the bed frame. Three holes along the top edge, and the screw in the side.

There is also a machine screw/bolt that goes through the front of the rear fender and the filler panel, Filler panel needs to be attached to the fender before the fender is attached to the bed and bed to frame.
