I have a 1935 Ford 2 tone truck with a bypass oil filter on it. The metal cartridge is marked Kralinator K50. there were marks on the filter case but they are not readable. It appears to be the original filter by the way it fits. Looking for any information.

Thanks
Don

Ford did not offer an oil filter for 35. The first was offeren in 36 and was an AC. The AC filter was used from 36 till 40 and the 40 Fram was introduced.

Go to the Fram oil filter home page to check oil filter sizes. I have an after market oil filter can that was made for 21 or 24 stud engines and i found it takes a C3p filter but yours may take a C4.

is it the really big oil filter? I have one off a 38 cabover like that and could never find an element to fit it.
