1935 ford inner fender panel availability

No repro available that I know of. Good original ones are as hard to find as 35/36 trunk lids. Most that show up on classified sites are listed as 35-36. they are not the same, 35 has a small tail down the front curve. You may already know this but anyway...there are early and late styles. Early has solid sides and late has louvers like the 36. Barners and Hambers are your best bet (the "secret stash" guys are great guys to find and get to know.)

Looks like someone would manufacture the late inner fender panels. They lessen the heat in the cabin as well as the engine compartment. Or even better, if someone would cut the louvers to original specifications...

If you could find a nice NOS set of the louvered/later '35 inner fender panels, what would they be worth? What would a nice set of used early/non louvered inner panels be worth?

Not being a restorer I have no idea what the inner panels are worth. I'm trying to get a set to use in my streetrod and I'm not sure that it will matter if they are louvered or not. Any thoughts on that?

I see them on epay quite frequently. Maybe the poster was fishing for a better deal from us old hoarder dudes ;) The repro business seems to skip '35 for many things, especially sheet metal items. I'm hoping Bob will tool a complete '35 3/5w coupe after he finishes doing the '40. Yeah, right :) LOL

I have a set of 35's on my car, that id trade (up or down) for the louvered 36 type, if you are trying to restore a 35 and they are a direct swap???

There is a set of '35 inner fender panels on Ebay now that are being sold by a Fordbarn member :) Item number: 380401264159

Hi, I'm new here sorry to just jump right in. I have a set of louvered inner fender panels for my 35 ford 5 window. I would love to trade some one for the non louvered type. My panels are in very nice shape.
