Hi, working on the restoration of a really rough 1935 Ford Pickup. I am wondering if anyone had any information, pictures or even the bolts themselves that are used to mount the front windshield crank to the cowl. The bracket has 2 large 7/16 holes but not sure if there is a spacer or it’s a shoulder bolt. I can’t find a single thing online. Any help
Is greatly appreciated.

Thanks

I'm not 100% certain but believe the bolts are simply hex head bolts, 5/16" diameter, fine thread. Used with a flat washer, a spilt-type lock washer and hex nut. The "large" holes allow for alignment of the regulator.
Again, trucks are not within my expertise, but I doubt there are any spacers present.
As Kiwi had advised, Mike Driskell will no doubt know. He's quite knowledgeable about the trucks.

The windshield regulator for 1935 cars, commercial and trucks (Part No. 48-701325) is attached to the dash with two 1/4"-20 x 5/8" hex bolts, flat washers and square nuts. The larger holes allow for adjustment.
