Does anyone know if a engine and ****** are the same for a 1935/36 car the same that's used in a 1935/36 pick-up truck?
Also, the #'s on the ****** are *I8-2634058* the same as the Vin # of the car? Also, what year that # is for?
Also the steering column and radiator the same as a pick-up?

What is the value of all these items?
engine
******
radiator
steering column w/ wireing and steering wheel

Thanks

the lower water necks are different on a 35, 36 i have a 36 pickup with a 35 motor. also first and second gear are a bit lower in a pickup then a car. also i think the shifter tower is different, on a 35 it slants back and on a 36 it is straight , there may be some more differences some one will chime in, Brendan

According to my reference book, Serial Numbers for a 1936 Ford ran from 18-2207111 to 18-3331856. Your number falls in this range.

Numbers for a 1935 Ford ran from 18-1234357 to 18-2207110.

The 35 transmission top is slanted rearward the 36 is straight. The floor cover for 35 and 36 transmission also are diferent to change the location of the hole for the shifter housing. The VIN number on the transmission was the same as the VIN number stamped on the frame, when the vehicle left the factory. There is a minor diference between the 35 and 36 steering column drop as well as the ignition lock cylinder.
