I want to take the dashboard out of my '35 Ford 5 window coupe.Other than disconnecting all the wires/choke and throttle lines and taking the windshield knob off and disconnecting the steering shaft mount all I see is a single screw at the bottom right and left hand corners.....after removing these, do I just push up and out or are there more fasteners that I do not see? Do I have to remove windshield molding? Thank-you,...Matt in Alameda

Roll the windshield out and you most likely will see a row of screws in front of the dash. You can get to them under the windshield.

there are 5 or 6 that are reached from under the dash above the speedometer and one end to the other. You do have to remove the molding above the dash and remove the cigar lighter well.

There are 6 screws along the bottom of the windshield that you can access from the outside with the windshield rolled out. Those 6 plus the 2 at the bottom inside edges are it. You will lift the dash up a little bit to clear a ridge across the top.

If the upper screws break off, try taking them out from the inside before you resort to drilling and retapping.
