1935-37 pickup bumper arm orientation

Hey guys, I have a question about the correct orientation of the front bumper arms. I have seen all kinds of different setups.

Are they supposed to be on the outside of the frame, split one on either side, or on the inside?

Looking for the way they came from Ford.

Thanks for posting this! My '36 pickup didn't have the bumper brackets when I acquired it. Now I have the brackets and I was test-fitting them, incorrectly putting both brackets on the outside of the frame rail.

I don't know about ya'll but I have never been able to use the rubber bumper arm grommets.
