A friend of mine was going to restore this car for me, and now is unable to do so. It is a rolling chassis with excellent, excellent sheet metal for the floor and rockers - surface rust, but no panels have perforation or need to be replaced. The rear fenders - which fit the 35, 36 37 wagons - are amazingly mint. They are not NOS, but are on a scale of one-ten, a 9.9. Treehouse Woodies in Florida sell a floor and cowl [with no chassis] for $8,000 [in fibreglass], and the rear fenders, which are also glass, are $650 each. While their items are nice, for $1,200 more, you get original Ford parts with a chassis. $10,500, does not include the door hinges. Chris, 408-646-8426.
