Any rust damage in any areas of the frame, especially at the lower corners? These frames are easy to damage when taking them apart. The little screws keeping the halves together break easily. Upper and lower halves can be a bear to get separated and can also be easily damaged if too much force is applied to certain areas.
Would you possibly be coming to Lake Tahoe, NV for the Early Ford V8 Club Grand National Meet later this month or know someone who is coming? I may have an interest in this windshield frame IF I could inspect it first and if no one else has attempted to take it apart. I will be be at Lake Tahoe, NV for this meet.

Will it fit a club cab? I am in Sacramento and would like to come by check it out. On the club cab it is a fixed frame, does not have the hinges on it.
