1935 1936 Font fender modification

Has anybody modified front fenders for a 35 or 36 big truck to fit and match for small half ton pick up? If so please provide as much information and pictures as possible. I’m in need of help

The fenders are larger to clear larger wheels and the frames are different that so the fenders mount up differently. Is there a reason you are wanting to make this modification?

I am 98% positive that I have a sweet set of 1,1/2 tons that came with my 1/2 ton and need to make these fit or trade for 1/2 ton

I'm no truck expert (there are several here on the Barn), but I would think trading would be the best option.

Besides the side wheel opening a quick way to tell is that the PU fenders have a notch in front for the bumper brackets.Big trucks don't.
