Lights are as close to mint as you will get. On a scale of 10, I would call these a 9. A very few blemishes that can easily be polished out. I count 2 very small dents that would easily be removed. All wiring is there. Only a bit of surface rust here and there on mounting bolts. Mounting bolts have most of original paint. You would be hard pressed to find a better pair. $275 obo
