1934 Frame Hole Descriptions?

Can anyone direct me to a resource that describes what all the frame bolt holes are for and their sizes?

Searched hundreds of web sites, ebay, amazon and I haven't been able to find this information.

I have an original 34 frame that needs lots of work. Some of the holes are enlarged and not round and others have been rusted / rotted out of shape.

I want to weld in nuts after I do the frame repairs and before I box the rails. I also want to fill all holes that are un-necessary for a full fendered 3w street rod.

Do you recommend caged nuts, square nuts, regular nuts from the local hardware store or making my own out of 1/2inch steel?

Thanks

Thanks Redhorse1947. I already printed it out and checked it. I am looking for more detail. Appreciate the information.

Thanks Flatheadted.

I do have caged nuts along the rear portion of the original X member. It will be replaced with a tubular X member so I won't be using any of the original caged nuts / locations.

Still haven't found a source for describing frame bolt holes uses and sizes.

I am running out of time as I have the frame on jack stands and leveled front to back and side to side. I am ready to take out the original front cross member and start work on the frame.
Weld positioning braces top and bottom of rails by front cross member
Drill / grind / drive out rivets in front cross member
Fill holes in frame that won't be used
Weld in nuts for all remaining frame holes
Box front portion of rails
Install the IFS

If you are not going back stock, and are making all of those changes, why are you getting your boxers in a bunch over what is originally correct? Gimme a break.

From the cowl on the side of each front rail there are 3 holes for the fender bras and 2 for the shocks ,on the top you have 3 for the cross member then 3 more rivet holes toward the cowl .on the lower porshon of the front you have the dust shield holes.on the side of the frame you have 2 holes for the front fenders coming up to the cowl and about 4 for the inner guard ,Lower down on the side you have running board holes ,on the rear kick up you have 2 body mounting holes ,these have cage nuts then 2 shock holes and 2 rear spreader bar holes ,on the tank you have cage nuts not on the frame ,

Be aware that the body/fender mount holes on the pickup are different than the car although they share the same frame. Ed Fitts from CT. who is on the fordbarn ( check the classifieds) may have a frame that you could examine.
I've got a rusty one down behind the barn in my scrap pile. Good luck..Pipes
