1934 Ford Rear Spreader Bar Instillation

I need to locate and drill the mountings holes for the rear spreader bar on my 5 window coupe. With the frame sitting level on a dolly, what angle should the rear tire mounting bracket be set at so that the rear gas tank cover fits flush with the rear of the coupe?

Fit up yuur two triangle brackets then the tank cover ,use that as the reference
