1934 Ford auction results

Yep , for sure the 1933-34 Ford four door sedan is a very smart looking car and much more practical than a coupe or a roadster. Bonnie and Clyde will vouch for that because plenty of room for food, blankets and guns and ammo in the back seat. That auction car in the USA at $23,000 was a bargain. Try buying one in Australia that hasnt been hot rodded at that price, more like double that price. A great car for sure. Regards, Kevin.

Same in New Zealand I have tried to work out what the car would have owed me if I had brought it and shipped it back to New Zealand. And by the time I factor in exchange rates ,shipping and Sales taxes the car would owe me at least NZ$49000-A lot of money for a car that would be brought sight unseen ( by me) and would still have the steering wheel on the wrong side LOL

I have heard of some people really getting caught with lemons even despite glowing inspection reports Stateside -Some one imported a "completely original show car" model A 180A that arrived here with the whole back end being fibreglass ! - I suspect the hired inspection company knew little about old Fords

I prefer the 33Tudor They are a little more stream lined and I like the grill better. They are almost identical to 34s but enough different that its not that hard to know it is a 33.They are well proportioned. Yes the headlights on a 33 are more elongated.
