Having just completed unclogging the temperature side of my dual temp gauge I'm wondering what kind of sealant to use when replacing the air tight nut to the top of the reservoir where the red fluid is added. Previously I used white teflon tape but when I cleaned the gauge I noticed a white colored deposit in the reservoir.
