1934 Cabriolet Hood bows

I am starting to work on getting my 34 Cabriolet hood bows assembled. I bought them with the car but they were re-chromed and disassembled. I have a wood header, a wooden bow with curved ends and and a steel bow. Is this correct? Where does the steel bow fit and how is it covered? Is there an easy method of fixing them together? I have the original rivets but they have been cut when the fitting was disassembled. Any ideas? Thanks, James

Here are some top bow photos from a couplle of '34 Cabriolet's that might be helpful. the photos with the top covering in place are from my '34. I have a few others if you don't find what you need here.

Hey, Thanks guys, very helpful indeed. With the help of a friend we are adapting stainless steel male and female socket screws to be the fixings. Anyway that's our first try! Thanks again. James
