1933 ford pines winterfront grille

Can I get some help with the 1933 ford pines winterfront? Did Pines make 2 different models for this year? Does the Pines replace the original grille or sit behind the original grille? What are theses grilles worth restored? If you were to place the pines grille on the outside of the original grille. The pines grille fits right inside the original grille where the fins are. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I have not ever had a Pines front, but I'm sure they mount to the front
of the grill, and you can move the shutters open, and/or close them some.

Maybe someone that has had one will chime in with more advise, and a value.

I have seen a winterfront for a 33 and it went on the outside of the grille. I wouldn't have the stones to push that thing onto a nice grille. Besides, unless you lived in the arctic getting one to warm up usually isn't a problem. Don't know who manufactured it.
