1933-34 Bumper Bolts

I have two front bumper brackets that I believe are 33-34 Ford. The distance between the two oblong holes on either the right or left brackets is 16 3/4 inches. Can someone measure the distance between the two bolts on either side of their 33-34 front bumper and tell me if the distance I have is correct. I sold my 34 coupe a couple months ago and I am selling some extra parts I had accumulated over the years.

None of the holes in original '33 or '34 front bumpers were oblong.

I can get you better pictures and measurements this evening but here are two pictures of 33 front and rear bumper brackets (very back/top of picture) and 1-1/2 set of 34 FRONT bumper brackets just ahead of the 33's (more center of the pictures. As DavidG said ALL the bolt holes are round and the passenger side has two smaller holes toward the top of the right outer bracket for the front tag mount bracket. The 34 inner ones I "may" have pictured on the wrong sides

Here is a good shot of a 33 Vs 34 front bumper bracket. The inner to outer bolt spacing for the 33 is approx 19” and approx 17” which is noticeable by how the inner bracket on a 34 is outside where the 33 aligns to the 33 bumper. The outer bracket’s outer most hole is oblonged as I am sure to allow for slight difference in alignment of all he parts.

The supposed "34" bumper brackets are not "Correct" Ford Brackets as further research has revealed that they are 34 Chevrolet brackets SO this is NOT a good comparison photo for a 1934 bumper bracket. THE 33 bumper and brackets ARE Correct!!!!
