I just liberated the complete front crossmember from a 1934 Ford frame. The frame rails were rusting out, but the crossmember appears to be in great shape overall. A great genuine Henry piece to replace yours, or to put between your reproduction rails.

The crossmember includes the radiator mount pads in front of the crossmember, as well as the engine mount pads behind the crossmember for a Ford flathead. There is some surface rust on the engine mount pads, though they are still very solid.

The rivets were drilled out, so there is plenty of material to either re-revit, or to trim and weld to a boxed frame.

The crossmember is 25 7/16" wide at the front on the radiator mount pads; 26 1/4" wide where the spring mounts; and 27 1/16" wide at the back on the engine mount pads.

In the past, a piece of 3/4" solid rebar was welded to the frame rails, and was welded to the base of the crossmember. I spent about an hour and a half grinding the bar off the bottom of the crossmember. It's almost completely removed, but I didn't take the time to detail it. You could either run it as is, (it's not noticeable unless you're underneath the car) or spend a bit more time removing all traces that it was there. You can see what I'm talking about in the pictures.
Also, it looks like a portion of where the spring sits was possibly replaced in the past. You can see that also in the last picture... Full disclosure here :D

Check out the pictures! Any questions, just ask.
I can get price quotes from UPS/FedEx/Canada Post upon request.
