1932 tudor variations

This is probably a stupid question but.. Why do some 32 tudor sedans have suicide doors and some don't? Is it a standard vs deluxe difference? I could be completely wrong about any of them having suicide doors but I'm pretty sure I've seen one with them.

Colud be an English Ford.

The US 4 door 32 station wagons and 4 door 32 Pheatons the door handles on the rear doors are on the front side. so the door opens into the wind. (suicide)
Also the 4 door sedan.
