1932 Transmission Detents

Hi,
Are these detents OK for wear? If not, who has the best replacements? I also watched a video where they rebuilt a model A top and added washers inside the detents to increase the spring pressure. Is this a good idea?
Thanks

I put in a spring, much stronger than the original.
This was in a double detent lid, and just the 2nd-3rd side.
watch for coil bind.
No more dropping out of 2nd, and can't tell the difference when I shift.
