B&W Photo - 1932 Ford Open-Cab Pickup - Dave Mellor

Trevor's photos are from the 2013 Grand National Meet in Lake Tahoe. It's not my B roadster pickup, but I entered it on behalf of a friend who was unable to attend. It was a distinct pleasure for me.

I thought those trucks looked familiar. I really enjoyed the 2013 Tahoe meet.

In terms of roadster pickup bodies, aside from the cowl lip edge, firewall and dash - are all other parts common for '33/'34 year models to the '32 i.e. doors, back panel, screen posts and screen, top frame, seat assembly etc.?

The stamped lip in the cowl is the same, but there are some differences in interior brackets within the cowl behind the beltline and down where it fastens to the subframe.

The seats, subframes, and wooden frame mounting blocks are shared with their closed cab brethren, and vary between '32 and '33/34.

Dash and gauge "tunnel" are unique to '32 and '33/34.

The other bits are common between the years.
