1932 Ford Frame holes

Anyone with an original 1932 passenger car frame; can someone measure for the (4) front-most holes atop the frame rails, these are the frame holes (2 per side) for securing thru the countersunk front fenders holes.
I think the measurements will be about 3" and 10 1/2" back from the front-most rail end, and about 3/4" and 1" away from the top-inside rail side but need more accurate measurements. Also what size to drill, 5/16" or 3/8"?
Thanks in advance for any help.

In the past on reproduction chassis without the front horn holes I have bolted the fender to the running boards and the side of the frame and let the fender holes fall wherever? I've used 5/16 flat head bolts in the front holes.

He's asking about the top of the horns and where to put the top fender holes. My Wescott diagram does not address those holes.

I have a diagram with both top and side views and dimensions.
3 1/32" to center of 1st hole, 6 15/16" from center of 1st hole to center of 2nd hole measured from end of top flange.
This looks like it jives with my car (original frame and fenders) but I can't check measure from end of the frame because the fenders are on and the tip hangs over the end of the frame.
I have seen lots of 32 frames and the width of the top and bottom flanges can vary so I wouldn't locate from the inside edge. You might want to do as suggested above and bolt fenders to running boards and locate where you need the holes to be.

I also got some info the front-most holes are abou 5/16" dia. and the rearward ones which one of is also used for original horn mtg is abou 7/16" dia. Thanks for the help again!

For what it's worth, the three machine screws used originally on the top of the fenders at the front had oval, slotted heads. The fourth fastener for the horn bracket was a hex head bolt.
