1932 Dual Temp tube nuts

Does anyone know of a source for these? Nacewicz does not list them. They are round brass, approx. 5/16" x 7/8", tapped on one end for 10-32 and the other end has a slight knurl for a finger grip. You cannot use the regular hex nuts on a dual temp due to impaired clearance. They may also be used on 33-4 gauges but I'm not sure. Thanks guys.
 
Bill's reproductions conform to the originals that I've seen and do not have knurled ends, but rather have a hex head.
