1932-34 Model B Four Cylinder Group started!

I have a "B" engine that I am planning to rebuild soon. I might put it in my "31 Town Sedan. Count me in, also. I am sure I will need some parts and advice. Gary
 
This maybe a dumb question, but where it is and how do you go there? I see people saying they subscribe, but can't see it anywhere?
 
Dragged a Diamond B out from the darkest recesses last night - planning a possible insert motor as well if funds can be raised...
 
Ok, Need info on B motors
1-Hp compared to a motor
2-how do i know i have a B block, Pan is off ,no crank ,no head , no flywheel housing.
3-What are the ser. #s
4-I think you can put an A head on a b block yes- no?
5-can i put an A pan on the B motor
6-Can i put the A flywheel housing on the B
7-Can you use an A dist. in the B
8- Are the oil pumps differnt
9-Can someone post pic of A vs B motor

B has Fuel Pump boss about where the lower oil drain is located on an A

Model B engines typically do not have Serial Number

Yes, different water pump
5-can i put an A pan on the B motor
Not without modifications, B pan on A requires removal of rear flywheel cover
6-Can i put the A flywheel housing on the B
Yes
7-Can you use an A dist. in the B
Yes, but the Front timing Pin hole location is different
8- Are the oil pumps differnt
Yes, but an A Pump can be modified for use in a Model B
9-Can someone post pic of A vs B motor
