1932 3 Window help

I have recently acquired a 1932 3 window due to my Dad's passing. This car is part of my Dad's collection of cars that have been stored inside his garage/barn since the early 60's.
My siblings and I are going to be selling some of the cars and keeping others.
Anybody have an idea what we should ask for 1932 3 window?
I have been told by my uncle that it does have a 1936 Flathead in it, which is common because the 32 Flatheads had some issues. The body is solid except for a little rust on the lower rt quarter panel.

Considering that the Brookville bodies sell in the high $ 20,000 range, IMO your 1932 3 window coupe should be in the $ 40-50,00 range. Since it is a complete car that appears to be un-molested. I know of a 3 window coupe that sold recently for about $ 40,000.
