1932 3 window coupe ID tag

Does anyone know where I can find a blank vehicle ID# tag for my 1932 3 window coupe. The old firewall has been "*******-ized" and the tags were gone. I have the "patents" tag, but need the tag for the ID#. In the past I have just had a trophy shop make one up. I would rather have something more authentic for this car. The tag you are talking about is only a body number and is not the VIN used by the DMV for registration if that is what you are thinking. The VIN (actually the serial number) is stamped into the top of the left frame rail near the steering and should be visible (after removing old paint) without removing anything.

There is no ID tag on a 32. The Body number tag would have been on the cross brace in front of the seat. It is not visable due to the carpet.

As far as I know no one makes the body ID tag for the 32.You might have to modify a 33 which Mac's carries.

Look at the tag for a 49 pickup. It has a blank for a serial number if you wish to have one on a tag.
