So What goes between cross sill #1 and cross sill #2 on a '31 Victoria floor (please see pic)? And where can I find this piece? I don't believe it is wood as it doesn't appear in any of the wood kits. Please PM and I appreciate your help

it is a metal plate. In the January 2017 issue of the Victoria Association Bustle there is an ad for free for the shipping. Contact Tom Philips (TX) at 512-585-4069.

It's gone!

But I do have this instead of the real thing (sorry about the size but it's all I have),

Thank You Tom, Mike, and Jason! This is all extremely helpful as I am now aware that I am also missing the clip that retains the rear seat at the front of it! Now I have to find that guy.....

Seriously I am very appreciative of the photos, drawings and your expertise.

What clip and where is it located in the picture? Is your color Kewanee Green and do you have more pictures you could post?

are you working on an early or late. the one pictured is a early with the three position seats. on the late one the drivers seat slides and the passenger seat only has one position. the bracket or clip that extends back from the cross member are the same except, the late seat slide is bolted to it. now back to the panel you are missing, I have one original and a copy that I made off the original. if you need it, john

I found the bracket! It was wrapped up in a box of painted parts. It is an early car (non-indented firewall) and I will try to post some pics within the next few days. I've taken over the restoration since the owner has passed away. The family asked me to finish it for them.

If anyone has any source for my missing floor piece please let me know, otherwise I think I am going to try to fab it myself - although if anyone is quicker and better at it (which isn't that hard) and wants to make a few bucks please PM me and thanks!

I just sent a pattern of the floor panel down to Tom Moniz. I have the original panel still on the bench. I will make another pattern for you if you want one. it is just a flat 20 gauge metal panel. if you want one send me your address. John
