For Sale. 1931 Model A Slant Window Town Sedan (160-B). Car runs great. Located in Franklin, Tennessee. I have owned it for about a year. Only selling because there's another project I would like to buy. It is an older restoration. Mohair interior was also replaced sometime in the past. New wiring. As far as I can tell, the engine is original (built March 1931) and other than someone painting the exterior and doing the interior and wiring, it seems to be fairly original. It even still has the original wood grain paint on the dash and door panels. I have performed several fixes on it and a few upgrades (fuse, had the speedometer rebuilt, replaced fuel gauge, LED taillight, rear seat belts, fixed fuel lines, etc). Windows all roll up and down smoothly. Missing one hubcap. Has a Marvel carb (40's Sears replacement part) which outperforms the Zeniths and Tilly's. I replaced all of the gaskets on it about six months ago.
Engine runs great and strong. I can share a video of the engine running if interested.
I have kept a log of things I have done to it and the mileage since I have owned it.
PM me for more contact info and more pictures. Serious inquiries only. I would not be selling it other than I need room in the garage for a new project. Also, the 31 tag on the front will not go with it as this was a Father's Day gift from my wife. Thank you!
