1931 Cowl lights

I am trying to rebuild my cowl lights and cannot seem to find any info or pictures on this for a reference. My roadster has cowl lights but the retainer clips and all of the insides were gone. I have ordered all of the parts from Bratton's and I am stumped on how to assemble the the lens, gasket and retainer clips. I know it's not rocket science but it has me puzzeled. Can someone attach some pictures?

THX!

Check Vol. 2 of "How to Restore Your Model A" put out by MAFCA. On page 95 there is a picture of the two most common type 30-31 cowl lights completely disassembled with the parts laid out. Starting on page 87 of that Vol. it tells how to restore all the lights used on Model A's with orig. parts #s. Good luck & hope this helps. These are reprints from the Restorer Mag. & are also in the Restorer prior to 1975 when Vol. 2 was published.

Here is a picture of the two 30-31 style cowl lights. One style the socket is attached to the body by a brass rivet. The other style the socket snaps into the reflector & everything is held together by an oval head machine screw in the back of the cowl light body.
