1931 closed pick up wood

Does anyone have working prints, or know of a book that has working dimensions for roof wood.Iam looking for all wood above the doors?
 
I bought the wood kit. Worked perfectly. Les Andrews green book has pretty good installation instructions, but no specifications.

Does the Andrews green book show instructions on installing bed sills as well?
 
I don't think so. As far as I can tell the roof wood instructions are pretty good and the cab wood instructions are so-so. But I didn't see any other installation instructions.
