1930 Ford repo floor boards

Went to install my floor boards in my 1930 4dr sedan and the board at a 45 degree angle below the firewall the holes didnt match up quite right and looked like it needed some fine tuning/trimming .Which is fine little sanding hear and there and maybe enlarge the holes some so they line up.Not sure yet what I need to do I need to take a better look at it tonight.My question is do you guys have to fine tune your floor boards to fit or did i just get a crappy repro.

Reember your subrails are wooden which likely affects it more.

i had to open up the holes a tad on my tudor which has metal rails. the washers still covered it up

Mine has metal rails also I'll probly just open the holes a bit.
