restore - rat rod-your choice as always. frame/running gear appears to have been cleaned and painted, (not show car), i have not attempted to start engine, too many other "projects". body needs, surface rust removed, patch panels, (i have most) included, fenders are very good, splash panels are new (surface rust), radiator appears to have been cleaned and painted, what ever else that i have goes with the deal, - my doctor said it has to go!!!! wife agrees!
