I am a regular over on the HAMB, but think this is a more appropriate site to post this.
For Sale complete running 1930 Model A chassis. The chassis was restored some time ago, the rest of the car was never finished. The previous owner had a body held on by several bolts and would start the car up and drive it around his property. Everything was rebuilt, rear axle, transmission, engine, steering gear, mechanical brakes. The car does have friction shocks instead of the stock type. I don't know who did the engine, but was told it was completely gone through, the clearances were plastigaged, rings, new valve guides, seats, etc. The engine runs and sounds really good. The frame was sandblasted and painted, very little pitting. The cross-members are all riveted, I see no signs of repairs, the frame horns look really good. Includes the front fender braces, running board braces, front and rear bumper irons. It is on roller wheels right now (not included) but i have a set of five original 19" rims that have been bead blasted and primed. Has a nice steering wheel (possibly a repo). No Title. No delivery.
