I have a couple of 30/31 windshield frames. One has a small rust out on the part that retains the rubber weather stripping (middle of the bottom). I think a little welding would take care of it if you want to fix it. I don't think it would hurt anything to use it as is if your car isn't a fine points car. The glass channel is good. I believe the other frame is OK on the glass channel and the metal weatherstrip pieces. I would have to check to verify what I stated as I haven't looked at either of them for a while. I live in Minnesota, so the shipping to Florida could be a little higher than some place closer.
