Hi Folks.yes the car is out from Canada, the sills are pressed steel.I understand that the sills arn,t covered at the door open ,when you open the doors you see the sub fram rail..
many thanks Gerry Best (NZ)

Gerryde, I have a 1930 Standard Phaeton Canadian LHD. There is no upholstery in it, so it would be easy to take photos if you need any. Darryl in a very warm and sunny Fairbanks

We're the export Phaeton sills made out of wood?

No they were not, except Ford Australia did their own body building & used wood because it was cheaper & did not require presses to stamp metal.
The export Canadian Model A's to NZ & other British Dominions were the same bodies as in Nth America, except of course, there were many local commercial/truck jobs made as was common in that era in all countries.

Hi Darryl .thank you for the offer, and yes I would like some ,from the back off the front seat to the back off the car . once again thankyou. Cheers Gerry.
