Hello; while working on my friends car - trying to figure out why he has no emergency brakes, I crawl under the car only to find there is NO emergency brake cross shaft assembly 
just a h-e-a-v-y spring from the handle to the center cross member to simulate the e-brakes operation 
!!!!!!!!
Dave needs a cross shaft with good ends, complete with the cups & parts if you have them also, or I can get new replacement parts from Brattons for what ever is needed to be replaced. Either style is acceptable; 28 to 30 that is inside the frame rails, or the later 31 style that goes through the frame with the ends on the outside. Thanks for your help, Steve
