Here is a complete set of 4 19" wheels and tires. They run true and are rust free. I had them stripped...there is no major pitting anywhere on the rims. The tires on them are older Garfields which were also in good shape so I put new tubes in them and remounted them. the caps were a little banged up so I just painted them black but you may want to replace them. These are ready to run. There are NO oblong holes. I went with 16's so these are up for grabs. Someone will get a great deal for the price. I just do not have the room to store them. Sorry....I cant ship these so pick up only.
