1929 T Cheap

Boy, does this guy have it wrong... wrong section, wrong forum, wrong identy of the car, (looks like a '29 A to me) and definately the wrong price.

and it runs and drives!

I'm surprised he's not telling us it's a "barn find". He is using the "family owned since new" line though...

The scary part is that someone might just buy it thinking it all that and more.
I was going to E-mail them to correct his ad, at least get the Model "A" part down, but no........more fun to see how long its up.

I did email them, said I was leery about purchasing a car from them when they can't tell a "A" from a "T" no response and no correction to their ad:rolleyes:

dusty

It has the rare red oil can as well. Mine is blue.

And the accessory battery kill switch - not a bad idea but they could have mounted it in a less conspicuous location.

I did email them

So did I - told them it's an A since T production ended in 1927 and they've got it priced more than double what NADA says it's worth. Didn't expect any reaction and sure didn't get any. Course, it may be priced in Canadian dollars - that'll save the buyer about $550 US.

It's nice with the exterior back door handle pointing straight up. Looks much better than running them parallel with the ground.

Woohoo! Just made my town sedan go up in value. This looks like Mecum prices. Looks like a Murray body and those are the least rare body style. Means my Briggs has to be 3x that!!!! :P
