I can tell you the measurements of my door openings. These are for the outermost edge:
passenger side
top 21 3/8
bottom 21 7/16
driver side
top 21 1/2
bottom 21 5/8
Rumble lid fit.
A little more info is required:
original or repro hinges?
original or repro lid?
original or repro bracket?
original or repro outer panel under the rumble lid?
It's a bummer isn't it? Mine fits but not perfectly. Just finished fitting it and cussing profusely for several days.
Here are the spacers I welded to the driver's side brackets. I also welded some on the passenger side. I had to use different thickness square special washers as well.
My rumble came with original hinges(they don't match however). Nobody has been able to tell me why the mounting bolts are different.
I found some original brackets and fasteners. It came with homemade brackets. I had to use a repro outer panel under the lid but had the original horizontal and vertical brackets for the panel. I had to file new openings in the brackets and cut and re-weld the bracket part that attaches to the rain gutter. It's always something isn't it?
