I have a new Moto meter for my 29. Some how I have lost the set screw that lock it in place.
Does anyone know what size screw I need for a replacement?

Hit your local hardware store. I suspect some of the foreign cast repops could use metric.
You'll want to get a nylon tipped one so you don't damage the threads. https://www.mcmaster.com/products/nylon-tipped-screws/?s=nylon-tipped-screws
It doesn't have to be very tight. The neck of my radiator has a dimple from the last owner torquing down the setscrew.
