You'll need to ground the lamp via a wire to a metal surface in the back area, such as where the body panels are bolted together, and then run one long wire from the lamp to the switch embedded in the passenger's side middle vertical door pillar. A second wire runs from the switch up the vertical door pillar to the terminal box to get the juice. These long wires run above the doors along the side wood pieces. You could staple them along their route to keep the wires from hanging down from behind the trim pieces.
In addition to the standard placement of the oval dome light in a 1929 Town Sedan I restored, the new owner also wanted one over the driver's seat. A neat idea! Ford should have made two dome lights a standard feature in the Town Sedans as yet another upgrade over the standard Fordor.
