Changes to ad please read. I am not looking to part the car out. Because I only have a bill of sale from the person I bought it from I am selling as a parts car.
1929 Ford Model A Briggs Town Sedan. The Town Sedan came from the factory with cowl lights, fold down center in the rear seat cushion , dome light over rear window and side rear arm rests.
Rear end; Gone through and NOS Ford and good used parts installed. In primer but has been sitting for about a year. Nothing done to backing plates which are not installed.
Body; Needs restoration and wood replaced. Doors have all their garnish molding. Front seat missing. There is some rot in the lower metal. This is one of those areas that it would be better for the potential buyer to see rather then me try and describe.
Front axle assembly; I have not done anything to it yet.
Tires; Ok used ones. Good for rollers. Have 4 one the car and 4 extras. Wheels are fair, with some of the usual cracks in the hub area.
Radiator; I have an after market honey comb style and the one that was on the car when I got it
Headlight; Have the commercial style that should plate up very nice.
Cowl lights; lights were broken off and missing when I got the car. I did find one fair passenger side replacement.
Radiator shell; Needs a better one.
Steering ; Has a 30-31 2 tooth in it now. I have the part of the original 2 tooth column. I have a steering wheel that would be correct for 29 but it's only good for a driver.
I also have new and used parts that will be included.
Please note: I do not have a title so am selling the car as a parts car.
The body and chassis are located in Canby Or. Extra parts are here in Portland including the rear passenger side door.
