Dear colleagues,

I need of some guidance about my 1928 Phaeton.

Could anyone tell me for what was the hole made for in the photo?

Your guidance would be helpful for me.

Thanks!

When I got my '28 Phaeton in 1965, it was a fully assembled low mileage car (my Grandfathers), complete in every aspect - except for the side curtains. I ran the car for 15 years without side-curtains. Then I found that the LeBaron Bonney Company that produces vintage upholstery (including Model A) would make up a set of side-curtains for my car ('28 Phaeton).

I suspect that they still do. If so, I am sure that they can help you, as they also carry a full line of fasteners and trim hardware for all aspects of upholstery. My SUMMER 2010 catalog has them listed on page 84-87.

Their website is : www.LeBaronBonney.com . Phone number is (800)221-5408. They are located in Amesbury, Massachusetts, USA

I will support very strongly that I am one of the most inept and ignorant internet/computer users on this forum. I certainly DO NOT know how to attach anything to any of these posts.

All I did was to type their website address as part of my text, just like I did with their phone number. The esoteric mysteries of the internet/computer are the wizards who need to be thanked. And I thank them daily !

My initial post would have beat you at giving the LeBaron Bonney information, but I did spent some time coming up with the information.

In the next drawing there is no fastener in the place were I am asking for
Anyone knows Lebaron Bonney part number or the PN from other provider?
Regards
