1928 Tudor
Body Type: 55-A
Body Date: 10-28-28
Engine #: *A62277*
Body #: SFA9275
Paint: Copra Drab, French Grey, Black
I bought this car in 1988 from Max Herman Jr. of HandH Flatheads. It was restored and campaigned by Max. It has 388 miles on it since restoration (yes 388). It has been in enclosed, mouse and rat free, non smoking storage since.
Original Nickel Trim, chrome bumpers, red steering wheel, Sparks Whitington "Spartan" horn, original valve stem dust covers, safety glass, "Instruction"(owners manual) Book (not a reproduction), pop-out ignition switch and much, much more.
In preparation for offering this car for sale I had a professional appraisal done on 4/16/12. The appraisers extensive notes include the following:
"This is an excellent 28 Model A Ford Tudor Sedan. This car has been restored to correct detail. This restoration is aged but it still looks brand new. The workmanship is excellent. Performance and appearance received attention to detail. This car is of show quality and has won numerous awards including first in class at the Forest Grove Concourse. As far as I can tell this car has factory correct parts. It runs as well as it looks.
Condition Grade 1-"
Body Rated "Excellent, beautiful body and paint"
Interior "Excellent"
Engine Compartment Excellent, extremely clean"
Chassis "Excellent, very clean and rust free"
Any questions please give me a call.
