I have a nice 28/29 pickup back. I also have the two flat side pieces to go with this panel

but have NO cab corners!

This is solid no rust issues but needs minor body work

on the panel does the bottom panel have a good {no rust out or tears} at the flange where it would rivit to the rear floor, also from the photo it looks like the upper cross bar is there as well but i can't see the ends, is that all good to?
