1927 door size.

I have a set of door skins I ordered quite some time ago and now I find they are too large, they mearsure 19 3/4 in across the top and same at the bottom. My body openings are 19 1/2 top and 19 1/4 at the bottom just at the top of the radius. My question is it possible the skins I have are for the touring car, not the roadster?

The touring and the roadster are the same for front doors. I've run into poorly made after market body panels. At least the skins are too large and savable. Could be too small and junk.
